• Shipping and billing addresses: name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and phone number.
• Order information: items purchased, order history, and order status.
• Payment information: When you enter payment card details at checkout or save a card to your account, that information is sent directly and securely to our payment processor, Authorize.net. We never receive, transmit, or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code on our own servers. We retain only a masked reference (card type and last four digits) and a payment-profile reference token needed to process future transactions you authorize.
• Reviews you submit, including your name (or the name you provide) and review content.
• Communications you send us, such as support requests.

Information collected automatically:

• Cookies used to keep you signed in, remember items in your shopping cart, and remember your selected language.
• Standard technical information collected by our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes.

• Neon (database hosting) and Vercel (website hosting) — store and process the data described in this policy on our behalf.
• Cloudflare — hosts product and flashcard media files.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale of assets).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Never handling or storing raw payment card numbers on our own servers.
• Storing passwords as irreversible cryptographic hashes.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Raíces Learning sells educational products designed for use by children with the guidance of a parent, guardian, or educator. The Site itself — including account creation, checkout, and payment — is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Our flashcard player (accessed by scanning a QR code) does not require an account, login, or any personal information to use.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
